Hi,

Can I replace a close coupled system with another one without making changes to the outlet pipe?

Or can I replace the WC but keep exisitng pan?

You can change the WC without drastic measure being taken with regards to soil waste pipe, you may have to change the pan connector for one that fits better, there are a variety of differing types that can usually adapt to most circumstances.

Or can I replace the WC but keep exisitng pan?

In most case you can swap the cistern over yes.
