At my eaves on a 1970s market concrete tile roof the bitumen felt is torn or rotting. I am looking for an eaves protector that is deeper than the 160mm so that it can extend up to or even under the lowest batten which I will take off after (hopefully) pushing up the tiles to gain access. Is there an eaves protector on the market or maybe a suggestion to make it reach under the deepest bit of rotten felt? I don't think I can remove the edge tiles though as seems to be concreted on. Thanks.

I'll guess it's bitumin felt you have from 50s 60s and 70s.
I have just taken first batten off rolled gritted felt along with felt supports under.

The non-bodger way would be to replace the first layer of felt with a suitable sarking felt or modern membrane, and fit plastic eaves tray.

Exposed felt will rot quickly.
