Hello all, I would really appreciate your help in this matter. I'm moving my toilet 3M from it existing position, which is directly next to the waste stack. I have a few questions that I would appreciate an answer to:
1) I need to put a 90 degree bend in the pipe, would this be a problem?
2) What fall would I need on the pipe to the stack?
3) Do I need to vent the toilet in addition to the current venting? If so what are the options i have for venting?

I thank you in advance for your help?

By all means use a 90 deg bend.....these are commonly found in pan connectors anyway.
As for the pipe fall, ideally the ratio is between 1:40 and 1:00 (it is here anyway) and the reasoning behind this is that a fall that is too steep can allow liquids to cascade but leave the solids behind, and a too shallow fall can allow solids not to move.
You can probably leave the venting just as it is.
John :)

Thanks for the answer. Can I ask you if there are any building regs stipulating venting on toilets at certain distances from the main waste stack?
