toilet pipe fall

Hello I need to move my toilet in the bathroom. the proposed new layout is from the new toilet a 48" pipe run a 90 degrees bend then another 70 inches to the soil stack.

What fall will I need and any problems I am likely to encounter or any suggestions most welcome.

Fall is 1 in 40 which = 3 inches in your case .
