Repressurise main eco elite combi boiler

Hi all,

Trying to repressurise my boiler after bleeding my radiators and the valves don't seem to match up to what my boiler manual is saying. The two pipes which need to be connected together with a flexible hose have an issue as one of the pipes can not be shut and seems to be sealed off (refer to photos)

Is the boiler leaking ? There are water droplets all over the place . your filling loop may be elsewhere ,have you ever needed to top pressure up before ?

Agree it looks like you have an external filling loop somewhere else
