Repressurising Heat Line Capriz 24a

Just moved into a new flat and we've noticed that the boiler pressure is below 1 bar. I've opened up the space underneath the boiler in an attempt to find out how to repressurise it but can't say I can work out what's going on!
Can anyone help? The model is a Heat Line Capriz 24a.

Yes attach the hose underneath to the open ended valve, remove the blank cap on the other valve and attach the other end of the hose to that. Open up the large black lever (slowly) and if the the other one has a lever open that too (slowly) to raise the pressure and then close off, detach the hose and refit the cap.
