Restore limed oak kitchen

I'm looking to restore my kitchen and wondering if anybody could give me any advice on the best way go about it. It is a few years old now and is looking a bit tatty and I would like to try and make it look new again. The units I have are similar to what can be found here - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120521848005&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on budget, change all doors for a new look or apply ESP and then paint for cheap option.[short bristle roller for flat finish].
