Restorer~when to use?

I intend to clean my central heating system with Fernox restorer/neutral cleaner. Should I do this BEFORE or AFTER, I have installed new pump and motorised valve?

Can't see it matters much. Leav the jizm in there a week or more though.

the idea in before being let the old pump and valves have the crap then if they seize they are being replaced anyway
