Reusing Pyronix Key fob

Hello Guys.
I recently replace panel in my Alarm system.
I replace Pyronix Enforcer v9 with v11
I done this because we didn't have Engineer code from previous owner and there was no wifi connection.
We replace v9 with v11, reuse existing PIR and contact sensors and wired keypad but we are struggle to add old fobs to new panel.
Fob's - KF4-WE

MANAGER MENU:
-EDIT USER
-ADD NEW USER
-EMPTY USER - YES
-ENTER USER CODE
and then press and hold 2 top button (lock and unlock) but nothing is happening

any suggestion what we are doing wrong ?

No. Can you advise how to do

From memory go to add fob press and hold top and bottom button until
The light comes on solid then release now press the internal two buttons

- What mean "c" on screen next to time (I can't find anything in manual)
- Is there any chance to program panale to automatic disarm alarm every morning?
