Been on a job today. replacing meters and CU's in small block of flats. Done three and all wired in reverse. Main feed to switch fuse unit then linked to meter and circuit cables from meter. I should say that there are only two circuits in flats. Also last electrician had wired ALL light through landlords supply. According to landlord the job was done two years ago and checked by an other "electrician" Guess what? NO CERTS

ok someone has to say this..
that sounds right to me.. appart from the "circuit cables from meter" bit..
main incommer - main fuse - meter - CU - final circuits
it appears to be missing the CU section, but how is that "wired in reverse"?
