I swopped LP and LS at the boiler, still the same not action from the boiler only the programmer comes on.
 
as already said swop PL and LS, disconnect LP its not needed, do you mean you have 180v at the pump? I think I will need a drink when this is finished :wink:

is there a terminal 9 on the boiler ?can you post a pic or drawing of the boiler terminal board including all connections to it or post the exact model or gc number of the boiler

I have just disconnected PL and there is no change.

from the last wiring diagram you posted.. SWOP PL AND LS, DISCONNECT LP, how many connections are there on the cylinder stat?you must have a dodgy connection on one of the pump connections.
