Good riddance.
I’ve just paid my July income tax bill. The irony of that being said by a builder
No, it’s also about reduction in asset values. Ukrane Irann etc, conflicts started or supported by MGGAS all contributing.600,000 new tax dodgers?
I don’t think it works that way, the billionaires aren’t leaving, at least not in thd numbers predicted. UK city can spend their money and generate tax in other businesses .
…or worry about 400 tax dodging parasites not coming back after their holidays.
Good riddance.

and its not 1:1 either, the top 1% pay 1/3rd -ish of all income tax. So if we lost 1000, who just broke in to the top 1%, we'd need 8000 Nosenouts to make the numbers up.I think it does. For each high earning income person that leaves the UK their tax take is gone. Governments need to raise revenue, so for each one that hots they need to recoop the taxes from else where
400 rich tax dodgers that spend their money and domicile their tax affairs, outside the UK?How much tax do these people pay and are you willing to make up the shortfall yourself?
The simple answer, if they choose to bu**er off, is to limit or remove the days they can spend here as non doms. They will quickly find ways to invest again.I think it does. For each high earning income person that leaves the UK their tax take is gone. Governments need to raise revenue, so for each one that hots they need to recoop the taxes from else where
but squeezing employees into working longer hours for less money helps no one.
400 rich tax dodgers that spend their money and domicile their tax affairs, outside the UK?
I’m happy to see the back of them - correct.
400 leaving.Get your wallet out then as if too many leave, U.K. plc will have to raise taxes on all other tax payers to compensate.

If they were already paying little tax, they wouldn't leave, innit.400 leaving.
Paying little tax.
Dunner be daft.
Most of them didn’t. They just went on holiday. Apparently 400 could not milk the UK for anymore cash, so they gave up.If they were already paying little tax, they wouldn't leave, innit.
Observed in the breach by everyone and riddled with exemptions. And not a realistic option for the self employedWhen did working hours increase, we've had a working hours directive since 1998.
