Hello

A section of the wall on my roof terrace is leaning in enough that the ridge tiles are dripping onto the wall and I am getting damp patches on the inside of this wall in the bathroom.

Any suggestions on how I can stop this happening? Is there anything I can add to the ridge tiles so the run off hits the ground rather than the wall.

Replacing the ridge tiles doesn't sound that easy to do with the associated mortaring required.

Very keen to sort this before the winter and even more rain kicks in.

I've attached an image to my account.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Derek

I am kind of suprised that there is enough water coming off that to cause a problem. All the same, if that is the problem why not put up a short length of gutter and discharge it into the lower gutter in the photo. - The right way to deal with the problem is rebuild the wall plumb and reset the copings/ridge. But without knowing what the other side is like, at least a gutter gets rid of the water into the drains where you want it!
