2 bed detached bungalow. 1970s. Concrete roof tiles.
The concrete between the ridge tiles has been coming away in high winds for the last year or so. A couple of ridge tiles have clear gaps between them, but seem to be bedded in OK, though this is only a visual inspection. So, I'm thinking of getting a couple of estimates to get this fixed.
* Is it best to get the whole lot of ridge tiles removed & refitted? Or just remove & refit the dodgy ones. Or just fill the missing concrete gaps. Obviously this will affect the estimate.
* What's the likely cost to get this fixed? N. England area.

Thanks
Mike

Do the whole lot - and rebed not just repoint. Otherwise the guys will have to go back up in the near future to do the others
