Hi, I had a problem with my boiler, the fan was sticking, I have resolved this but there is no oil coming from the pump. I have checked that the motor is turning the pump and all is ok. There is oil comoning in to the pump but nothing coming from the small copper outlet pipe. Does anyone havbe a diagram etc of the pump internals? The boiler runs but wont fire up!

How much does a pump generally cost?

how can you tell the pump is rotating? Without an oil pressure guage, you will need to check the plastic coupling between motor and pump which can fail, Usually when pump locks up.

So the boiler does NOT run then.

There are other things whch will prevent oil delivery, and it may be nothing to do with the pump. Why do you think it's the pump?

It may not be a problem on the oil pump, could be faulty solenoid or photocell.

sounds like a new oil pump they cost £65 and upwards depends where you get it from
