First dip tank to check you actually have run out of kero.
If tank empty get it filled then carefully bleed out air .
Don't keep pressing reset good way to cause damage.

We would always disconnect flexi oil line as it goes into pump and run a decent amount of kero into a container.
There should be a shut of valve in or very near boiler.
