Hi,

Well what I thought would be a simple refresh is turning into a right can of worms

I am replacing the sealant around the shower/bath and to do it properly I decided to move/lift the tap. I have had a hell of a job undoing the nuts for the tap but I have also found that it is leaking round the tap because the plumber has fitted the seal underneath the bath not between the tap and bath and the seal isn’t reusable so I am now stuck trying to find a replacement. If I remember right I think it was Bristan - purchased with a Sotini suite (it was clearance ex display) - picture of tap attached.

Has anybody got any idea on where I can find a replacement and/or the tap model name please??

On our taps the O ring fits under the tap and the thick rubber washer fits under the nut underneath the sink.

As said a smear of silicone wouldn't go amiss either way.
