I need 22m plastic pipe to take the supply up to two flats within a large house.
Obviously it'll need to be 'passed' by the water co.

Am I right in assuming it'll have to be barrier pipe as apposed to non-barrier?

And also am I best with polybutelene or PEX? (I'm assuming there is a difference)

Thanks in advance.

Whilst Water Regs still apply as far as I am aware the Water Cos take little interest in supplies inside a house.

Unless an infringement has been reported to them.

. . . Water Cos take little interest in supplies inside a house.

Not my experience. U.Util refuse to connect untill the feeds up the building are put in, isolation valves, 2-way valves & drain valves are in and even lagged within the stairwell to their standard.

In London they only seem to take any interest in how the pipe is burried outside and how it enters the building.
