Have to agree with merlin on this one. I've got a similiar oven (there are piccys somewhere on this forum if anyone cares to look) and have roasted pork, lamb and duck in it and they were all superb.
One thing we do is to put in a custard tart just before dinner and we have warm custard tart for pudding
