I have a house with a conventional Box roof and a flat roof over the connected garage. The house is west facing, so the main slopes of the roof are North and South. I want to build out over the garage, but I want to maintain a south facing roof as its perfect for a PV install
It looks a bit like this
I really don like the idea of an M shaped roof as the gullies seem to be a recipe for leaks in properties I've seen.
any ideas?
As you are now allowed to go up, I was even thinking about extending the roof up and maintaining the single box roof, this would give me a loft extension option also.
