Roof felt showing when it shouldn't be?

Hey,

Just had some work done on the roof including new felt and a eave support tray. Not sure if I'm being paranoid but I can see some of the green felt at the eaves.

I'm not sure if this is just a angle thing but I can see it from the front of the house from the other side of the road and when you zoom in on the bottom left of the roof.

Is this normal? Should I get the roofer to resolve anything before I settle up?

The gutter could be lifted a little as when you zoom on the image it has been given a healthy fall to the downpipe which is allowing the felt to be seen. I would ask for it raising to a level you are happy with while still having some fall to the left.
