I would appreciate some advise.

I recently just had my roof refelted. The roofers put the felt over the guttering without an eaves tray support. When I complained they came back and retro fitted the trays.

However they did not do the four corner tiles which had been cemented down. When I complained they said that a drip tray was not needed at the ends (See photos)

I feel uneasy about this. Can anyone advise.

Older builds have no such trays. So, it isn't the end of the world for you.

I don't think it's all that useful for the felt to go over the gutter. It's fragile and will break and drop off after a couple of years.
