ingot some 150mm earthwool spare from roof. It's not rigid. In my porch I am doing a typical concrete floor. Can I use the earthwool as floor insulation(it's not rigid).

If so what position should it be? Above DPC? Below concrete?

What happens when you put weight on the insulation?
If you where poor concrete over it what would happen?

Ok. We are lifting the floor boards to do plumbing. Shall I just put it in. Is there any benefit to have it there? What are cost savings

Insignificant, but if you have bare floorboards with gaps between them, and no carpets, it will reduce draughts. You must not block ventilation from airbricks. Clean them out while you have the boards up.
