Roof lantern under PD

Thanks guys for your input much appreciated, I believe I got the info I was looking for, armed with this knowledge I am sure I can make an informed decision.

The OP said right at the beginning that the lantern would have no upstands. Still, it sounds like it's done now and I suppose we'll just have to stay guessing.
