Hi, I have moss on my roof which I plan to remove with a pressure washer. I have heard the copper and/or zinc can help to keep the moss from coming back. Does anyone have any experience of this please or any product suggestions? Many thanks. Also, what is flash or flash tape/banding?

Flashband is a grey coloured Very thin metal with a bitumenous backing - though it gets a lot of abuse from pros , I have used it and it looks fine from a distance - whereas my leadwork looks fine close up
