Roof Retiling

I am considering having my roof retiled but I have no idea how much this will cost. Can anyone suggest what a typical price for a three bed end terrace house would be? I know there several factor that would affect the price but at this stage I'm only looking for an idea.
Also would the price be reduced in any way if my neighbour gets his done at the same time?

Mate paid for new timber trusses as old roof sagged and retile with scaffold hire was £10.000. medium sized terrace.
If it's just new felt and batten with scaffolding it could be starting at around £4.500 and going up.

Standard up and over 80m2 double roman felt/batten 16lm deepflow gutter.
£6k in Scotland minimum.
That would include scaffold and skip.
