Retiling roof, loft conversion present

As per title... I think I might need to retile my roof, as I've noticed a bit of leaking during times of extreme rainfall. The house is a mid terrace, with a loft conversion - 4 Velux windows, and celotex/plasterboard between and underneath the rafters.

Does this complicate the job of re-tiling?
 
Only for all the extra cuts. You may need a nail gun instead of banging the rafters about
