Can't say I've noticed this before but has this tile that is sticking out in the valley slipped or was it just not cut properly? It's a 3 year old Barratt house.

ThanksWell it looks like a lead valley? the lead appears poorly supported hence the ripples.
The cut tiles look like they are bedded onto the lead This is wrong for a start.
That aside, it doesn't look pointed
