roof tiles (redling 51)

I a looking at investing some money into a house to rent out. I have went round to look at the house and it needs alot of wor which does not worry me as I can do alot of it myself. I have looked at roof and it has about 50 broken tiles which if replaced would be fine. The tile on the roof are redling 51, and I have been told I have got no chance of getting these anymore.

Does anyone know if you can get them ?
