Hi,

Had a roof done a while ago. I worked out that the "flashings" on the ceramiic tiles have caused a crack in two of them some time after laying. I used some spray on stuff to buy some time, but it was rubbish and has gone hard.

I am thinking about solar panels on the roof sometime, so that would be the time to uproot and change out the tile.

It is a 15degree interlocking tile, so to do the job properly means picking up a lot of roof I think.

Anything to recommend that stays flexible?

Maybe.
Grind crack out. Masking either side then run a cheap bolt resin along crack.
Flatten.
Pull masking before resin sets which is about 10 minutes in warm weather
