Roof worries

We bought our house 10 years ago, we are getting ready to sell.

I am increasingly concerned about the roof space and conversion which took place before we moved in.

There seems to be sag on the rear where the velux is and I'm concerned too much of the timber structure has been take away.
Please see the following photos to see why I'm concerned.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Picture 1 is front of house 2 rows of tiles seem to be in/out
Picture 2 is rear next to velux.

There are no supports under the purlins to the floor, it looks like the front and rear tie into 2 beams from the ridge.

Should I be worried ?
