Moved into a new house three years ago and when windy the whole roof shakes. Sound likes something is collapsing. Had a roofer in who states that there was no bracing at the rear gable end. Could this be the reason. The roofer also highlighted that the slates on the roof have slipped of the batons and have stretched courses and that the top slates can be flipped up with his fingers. Again could this be caused by having no bracing. Not an expert on roofs so any advise would be greatfully received
