roofing torch

HELP!! i have bought a roofing torch to do a flat roof,seemed to work ok at first,now i cant get a proper working blue flame. Bottle is propane bottle is about half full,i have replaced the regulator,the nozzle is clear,im flummoxed!
any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Did you try adjusting the regulator?

thanks for your help guys.turns out the full bottle I bought on ebay was only one quarter full ! so yes it was empty,why cant people be honest and take a tenner less!!!
