Torch on roofing felt.

Hi,
A few years ago I felted my new loft conversion roof with torch on roofing felt, under the guidance of a roofer.This stuff was brilliant! I now need to felt the flat roof of my new kitchen extension. I cant remember the stuff we used. Can anyone jog my memory? Technatorch rings a bell.Is the fitting sequence (on top of warm roof insulation with vapour barrier), perforated sheet followed by torch on underfelt and then top layer?
