Hello, I have just purchased a town house and it has a gas fire. Never had one before and the gas engineer says the coals on the gas fire need to be repositioned in a certain order, after it has had a good hoovering out. The company has gone out of business and I can see other people have asked for the manual, but possibly no replies received? So I'm putting up a fresh request for a copy of the manual, or just the coal layout, if anyone as one? Roston 16" EUROGLOW 2 VICT NV EAV16NV. Photo of the info attached from the fire.
