Hello, I have just purchased a town house and it has a gas fire. Never had one before and the gas engineer says the coals on the gas fire need to be repositioned in a certain order, after it has had a good hoovering out. The company has gone out of business and I can see other people have asked for the manual, but possibly no replies received? So I'm putting up a fresh request for a copy of the manual, or just the coal layout, if anyone as one? Roston 16" EUROGLOW 2 VICT NV EAV16NV. Photo of the info attached from the fire. If anyone needs a copy of the manual I can send it to you. Unfortunately the file is too big to upload here, won't attach. But the company Roston Iron Foundary in Derbyshire still exists, now called Roston Castings Ltd, which is how I got a copy of the manual sent to me.
