Hi there,

So I had an E1 error on my Baxi Duo Tec 28. I tried the to add pressure after it was below 0.5, but couldn't figure out the exact valves I needed to twist to get it to work.

I seem to have fixed the pressure, but now the hot water isn't working. Do you know if I have put these back in the correct position? Also, for future ref which valves are the correct ones for turning? Sorry, my husband used to deal with this.

Thank you :)

The three black ones should be vertical, like the right hand one.

To fill, the two blue ones should be vertical, they should both be horizontal in normal use.

Ah brilliant. Thank you :)

Should I just make the one on the right horizontal now? Moving the black ones has fixed the hot water issue :)

In normal use, three blacks vertical, two blues horizontal.

Sorry. I just tried moving the one on the left to be horizontal...and it made a hissing noise?

Just leave it where it is, it isn't critical if nothing is leaking.
