I've posted about my damp problems before but now I'm ready to tackle the damage.

I've taken up a couple of floor boards this morning and have attached some photos.

The joist ends all show some evidence of rot to certain extents and a couple are no longer attached into the pockets.

The wooden plate they sit on has rotted away in large sections and some of the bricks that sit on it are loose.

I haven't seen any evidence of the area still being damp. It was caused by a drive bridging the dpc. I cut this back a couple of years ago and put pebbles in the channel.

What do I need to do to fix this?
