Rotting timbers and wall plate

Hi

Any idea how much I can expect to pay for the replacement of 12 rafters and the wall plate it sits on?
I suppose I will need to strip the roof to have it done as well?
oh and its in a valley so The lead will need replacing.

The rafters only will need replacing from the wall plate to the purlin.
