Rough guide line price please for double garage.extension.

Hi, I have drawn a mockup of an extension I would like to put on my house. Would somebody be able to give me a ball park price please in north of england to get this done?

5m x 5m double garage with room over the top.

I am just trying to get a feel for costs before I pay for an architect to draw up plans.
