Rough ball park guess price for extension above garage

Hi there, looking at a house and wondered if you kind gents would offer your thoughts on cost to extend above the garage upwards in the same style as the cladded side on the right (so that the upper left reflects the same style as the right side) So would need to include cost for cladding the front too.

10m x 5m upstairs extension only. Inside would be 5m x 5m bedroom with the remaining 5m x 5m split into a dressing room and an on-suite.

Sorry if I missed a ton of stuff but I have little experience here.

I don't think the foundations of the garage will be up to building on top off, so you will possibly have to remove that first.

I wonder if something like that would get through planning, as it looks a bit repetitive with three gables. You might need to come up with a better design
