Seriously dunno what your problem is with easy outs. Ok theyre not the easiest of things to use but they have gotten me out of trouble before. I will admit they can be a bugger if they snap.

For gaws sake ALL Tradesmen carry a hammer in their bag. Try tapping the bolt head on the side in an anti clockwise direction. Its worth a try Have you not heard of splitting nuts with a hammer & chisel.
