if you buy a new bleed key, preferably a brass one, that is unworn, it might fit. If it is still loose, stretch a piece cut from a rubber glove over the square pin, and it will take up the slack. Don't do that until you have bought new pins to screw in. You have to turn off the valves at both ends of the rad to stop water squirting out when you remove the pins.

The pins screw into a plug which can be removed and replaced by new, as described above. Yours may fit an ordinary spanner or wrench, or may need a radiator spanner which fits into the socket the pin screws into, and has a hole in the end to fit round a jammed pin.

The thread is the same whichever type, so new plugs will fit. New ones fit a spanner, which is more convenient.

If you can't get the old plug out, try the one at the other end.
