I recently purchased a Router from my local Wickes store and have been very pleased with it - mainly used for door frame recesses. The problem with it now is the plunge lock doesn't hold and when I start the machine, the lever releases, cracks me on the finger tip (painful) and is not a lot of use anymore. The machine is only about two months old so it will be going back to the shop for repair / replacement - I just wondered if this was a common problem with these machines?
