Is there a router that can cut out recesses for intumescent smoke strips, but that can also cut out doors to install mortice locks, or am I going to need 2 different machines?

edit : also something I could use to cut out hinge recess too would be grand!

well to do the strips you need a 9.5/10mm cutter.
to do hinges you could mark up and go free hand TO A POINT.

other wise you need to be looking at hinge jigs and lock jigs.
if your clever you can make your own jigs to suit.
