1) Try checking for a sticker usually located on drivers door where the lock mechanism is (open the door to see it).
2) Try on the sill where the door lock mechanism closes into.
3) Try looking under the hood for a plate (a bit like a VIN plate)
4) Take the car to a rover dealership who may be able to tell you

Allot if the vans now, don't have colour codes on them.
You have to contact the dealer and using your Vehicle Identity Number
(VIN) they can tell you. So try that with your Rover.
You could pop into your local motor factor that mixes paint. They may have experience of your particular colour/car and will help in the search for the paint code, if it is still on the car.
