Row lock below window on return window on porch

hi.

I am building a porch and want the windows to be the same height as the main Windows on the house.

The only way to do this is to use a row lock to match the existing house and level.

The row lock also is on a return wall.

Is this hard to achieve? Or not worth doing. Any ideas
