RTS1 keeps clicking too often

Hello

I have just replaced my Grans room Thermostat. It works fine apart from the fact that it keeps clicking every 10 seconds or so. Sometimes the clicking is even more regular.

I am thinking about taking the stat back to the shop but I first want to make sure it is not just me.

I have connected the following 3 wires.

Live
Neutral
Live feed

33 People have looked at my post but it seems to be a difficult one as nobody has replied.

I thought I would give a few details.

Potterton Boiler

Now I do know that my gran moans about her heating timer. She says that it clicks loudly whilst on. I presume there is a relay fault or similar. Could this be giving the Room Thermostat a irregular voltage.
