Just three years on, I can see bubbling up everywhere, seam lines showing through and extreme chalking (shoes get covered in chalk/residue), and the crows like to pick holes in it (especially where it bubbles up). A nail scratch reveals the chipboard underneath. It's been a spectacular failure for our 6 x 10m wide extension and slightly smaller loft extension roof.

Anyone else has any bad experience with this stuff? Builder no longer trading but manufacturer is still around. Manufacturer has actually been around a year and a bit ago and said everything looked OK but then my muppet of a builder lacquered the entire thing. I think that voided any product manufacturer's warranty right away.

Thanks

What sort of roof covering is it.
