Does anyone have any suggestions where to run pipes and cables when I can not do so under the floor/above ceiling which is an insulated floating floor system which once down will stay down forever?

run them on the surfaces above the floor
Thank for this. I assume it is permissible to run cabels channeled into the plaster or behind the skirting? Does any know of any propriety systems for running behind skiting boards?
